Zack Young

When looking to cast the voice of an important character in a series, you need to make the actor truly understands the tone and range you are looking for. Something incredibly rare happened when I reached out to Zack to realize and give life to said character — he read a sample line and instantly became a version of the character I had never realized could exist. Not a stereotype or a canned trope of a character, but instead he made the character his own. There are many important skills for a voice actor to have; I believe this one sets Zack apart.

This guy is so good it’s scary. His delivery is on point for all his characters, he’s hilarious, I’ve received lines from him as well as a few live sessions—where he’ll just casually read off other characters’ lines in their voice without any prep.

Zack has been a great help in our production of Undersong. His bass is sorely needed, especially considering how hard it is to find people in this range online. He’s expressive, kind, and wonderful to have around. We are very grateful to have him on the team!

This man has a great voice for a narrator. He has a wonderful cadence and is fun to work with! We highly recommend him for anything you may consider him for!

Zack is an absolute pleasure to work with and a total professional. To prove my point, I’m so confident in his abilities that I’ve never felt the need to be in the studio during a recording. I’ve only ever phoned in. I don’t even know what he looks like, though I’m sure he’s Adonis in human form. Zack is what a director wants in voice talent, especially that he comes prepared and brings ideas. He’s comfortable trying new things on the fly, even really stupid stuff I suggest. He’s always willing to try those ideas, he adds suggestions, and helps a director find the best performance in the line.
